Yet another ebook to tell you how to exercise and get a flat stomach. But here’s the rub. If you are looking for an ebook on exercise, odds are that you are only going to read it or maybe not even that. But if your the ebook type, doing crunches is probably not your cup of tea.
Of course, I’m the type of person who is 32 years old, has never been over 170 pounds, and have always had a six pack. And I haven’t worked out in months. And now everyone hates me.
I don’t really think it’s just about what exercises to do as much as it is about what exercises NOT to do. A lot of people waste time on exercises that don’t really do much to gain the muscles you need for a 6 pack. And then above and beyond that, the big thing is diet. Diet is more important than exercise when it comes to a 6 pack. I mean you can have all of the muscle in the world but if you have too much fat over top of it, there will be no definition. It’s the definition that makes the 6 pack, not the muscle.

I know. I went through the whole “trying to get a six pack” thing. It was there. It was just covered by fat and I have very low body fat. Plus, I don’t think some of the six packs held up for us to compare ourselves to are natural or sustainable for a normal person.
Anyone can get 6 pack abs if they believe and do what is nessecary. If you think you carnt, your right, you carnt.
