Official: Google To Enforce AdWords URL Policy Starts April 1st

I hate Google. Why? Because I have been following this policy since it went into effect. I watched as other affiliates skated around it. Now they want to start enforcing it. Google:"Okay guys, we made this rule, but it wasn’t really a rule. You can break it if you want. Just don’t tell anybody. We will make it a real rule later."

A policy is not a policy unless it’s enforced, assholes.

I am just pissed off at Google policy enforcement. They have enforced policies on me that were buried further down in the rules than this one was. Oh, but I am supposed to guess which are real policies and which are not. Does this mean that "Do No Evil" has the same loose definition. Of course, it does.

Okay, now that I am done bitching, this is actually a good thing. Leveling the playing field. Unfortunately for those for you who have been skating by the rules, a few of us know the rules and have been following them all along. Welcome to reality.
