Cruising With the New Entrecard Toolbar

A lot of third party tools usually sprout up around popular sites. Look at all the Firefox addons for sites such as Twitter, Friendfeed, and others. Look at all the tools for use with Ebay.

For a while now, everyone has had his or her own scheme on how to get the most out of Entrecard: fast dropping sites, chain dropping and even software. It was good linkbait for attracting other Entrecard users.

Well, it seems that Entrecard came out with their own tool lately. And since I use Flock for most of my browsing, I downloaded Firefox 3 to test out the toolbar. And you know what I have to say about it. It’s awesome. It just blew all the third party tools out of the water. Sorry, all you guys who worked hard to get some linkbait.

You can change accounts with a drop down box. You can open Entrecard sites one at a time or ten at at time, choosing your Inbox or any one of the categories to browse through. You also know exactly how many drops you made or how many credits you have by looking at the toolbar. And if you want, you can buy ads on the fly, as you are browsing, from the bar.

So I would say, if you plan on using Entrecard, get this tool or you will be behind. There is nothing else out there like it.
