Clickbank Platform Globalization

I received another announcement from Clickbank today. This last year has been a big one for changes at Clickbank.

It seems that now they will be expanding into different languages and different currencies.

When we examine which language groups represent the largest users of the Internet, Spanish, German, and French stand out as the next largest language groups after English. Spanish, German, and French (along with English) serve over 50% of the world's Internet users or 585 million people. That's almost twice the population of the U.S.

They are starting with Spanish. And eventually they will be adding other languages to become a truly global affiliate operation. This is good news. There are a few Spanish products in the Clickbank Marketplace now, but this will probably cause that number to increase drastically. Just think. You can sell the same product in other countries to people who do not speak English as soon as vendors start seeing this as an oppurtunity to expand their product line with non-English versions of their software and ebooks.
