ClickBank Offers PayPal for Recurring Billing

ClickBank is using PayPal's recurring billing solution to give product publishers an easy way to sell subscription-based content and services, such as online newsletters or annual software licenses. It has proven to be very popular with customers, growing rapidly each month since its introduction. I don’t know why when I try to purchase Clickbank product with recurring bill and I choose to pay through Paypal, the following messages appears: We were unable to authorize your payment. Please make corrections and try again, or try a different payment method.
I have checked my Paypal account and it has no problem.

Might be just some bugs in the system. There always are with something new. They will get it worked out. I have been really surprised with the forward strides Clickbank has been taking. For many years, they changed nothing. But for the last couple, they have been bringing out new features month after month.
