150 sites in different categories. Not sure of the exact value of this. Considering that you are buying the same site that everyone else is buying. It seems that there would be a problem with duplicate content, unless you were a developer buying the package just for the article database.

150 sites, what method will you use to get traffic.
SEO won’t work since these are not content sites, so it is pratically impossible to get links and rank them well. Adwords might work. I stay away from Adwords until I am an expert cause I did lost plenty of money already.
If you need adsense websites, there are software that can create such sites. Great one is Matt Callen free software http://www.hypervre.com
Except for the fact that everything that you would really want to do with a site like this is not included in the free version. The free version is basically a come-on to buy the gold version.
even if you are just buying it for the article database you will have problems with duplicate articles unless you want to use those articles as a starting point to help you write new ones
