PostHeaderIcon Clickbank Case Study #1: Joana’s Guide – Part 1

I decided to switch from doing the case study of a live campaign to that of one that had already run it’s course. That way, no outside interference could change the results. If it was profitable and I was reading this blog, I know I would try to clone it.

This campaign popped into my head because I actually bought a domain specifically for it and it just expired. I bought the domain because I was running a direct to affiliate link campaign and I wanted to stop the ups and downs of bidding against other affiliates that were doing the same thing. So I bought a domain that was closer to the product’s name than the original was.

PostHeaderIcon The Problems with a Clickbank Case Study

I have been going over and over this in my head. If I took a Clickbank product, starting promoting it, and then wrote about that while I did it, the chances are it would not be a good case study. Anyone reading my blog could clone it and mess up the whole purpose of the case study. The numbers would be off.

So I am going to go back to historical campaigns. Campaigns I have run before, that were profitable, but for some reason I stopped them. It could be because the competition was too much, I knew less then than I do now, or it was better to spend the advertising on a more profitable campaigns.

PostHeaderIcon Improved Clickbank Email Communications

Some Clickbank news for filler while I get some ducks in a row.

ClickBank email notifications inform our publishers of sales, rebills, refunds, order cancellations, and chargebacks. We have reformatted these email templates in order to create more unified, user-friendly notifications. This includes all ClickBank automated notifications that go to both publishers and customers.

These new emails will be rolled out in mid to late February. We know some of our clients use software or auto-responders to “read” email notifications, so we have made samples available for download so that you may adequately prepare.
